Rocon recently remodeled four bathrooms at my school. Dennis Roberts completed the project on time even though it started late due to no fault on his part. The company replaced a ceiling that wasn't even in the specifications, but was badly needed, at no additional cost. I found Dennis to be pleasant, easy to work with and would recommend Rocon based on the positive experience in completing this project.

When looking for a contractor to elevate my home after hurricane Sandy, it was extremely important to me to find someone that could handle the entire project from start to finish. I was working many hours and did not have the time to be my own general contractor, so I wanted someone that I could trust to do the job efficiently and quickly. I had heard of so many horror stories of contractors running off with deposits, quitting and disappearing mid job, and leaving without returning any calls. I have heard of so many people that are still out of their homes, trying to complete construction so they can return home finally. I interviewed many contractors, many of which I am so glad I did not choose as some have been arrested for fraud. Both myself and my neighbor decided to use Rocon due to the fact that they were a local company and had been in business for many years with a great reputation. From day one, I cannot say enough about my experience with Rocon. Not only were they extremely professional, but a pleasure to work with. Everyone went out of their way to answer your questions and help you through the stressful process in any way that they could. I was lucky enough to be able to secure a rental a few blocks away from my home. My husband and I were at the site each and every day to see the progress and work completed by Rocon. Many days we would speak with the workmen on the site, who always answered our questions completely and thoroughly. They never seemed bothered by anything we asked and took their time to discuss everything with us. They worked diligently, even on the weekends, to finish the job. The main hold up on our project, was the town of Brick who were very slow on their inspections. We were found to have an unstable deck, so we opted to have it fixed and put on Trex decking. I laugh because the deck was the longest part of the project, as they worked tirelessly to reinforce and fix this deck, never rushing to cut corners. It had a lot of problems and they have made it beautiful. A special thanks goes out to Phyllis in the office, as I dealt with her quite a bit and she was the biggest help, always eager to be of assistance. This project could have been a complete nightmare,like the ones that most people are complaining about who had undependable contractors. Rocon was not only there for us through the entire project, but actually turned our home into the nicest on the street! We constantly have people driving by and stopping to tell us how great it looks. I cannot stress enough for anyone to use Rocon for any elevation or construction needs that you have as they do quality work.
I have known Dennis for 13 years and have done 4 building porojects with Rocon. The reason I keep coming back is Rocon does high quality work and dennis is always there when we need him. We built two homes in Bay Head, Little Silver, and Rumson New Jersey along with remodels and renovations. Rocon offered a comprehensive and expert proposal which was priced below the average of other bids but with the offer of better service and quality. His workmen are all high quality craftsmen with strong work ethic and professional attitudes. Again Dennis is always there and stands by his work long after the completion of the project. I will definitely se Rocon for my next project.
