The staff is excellent and extremely knowledgeable about all types of bikes, even brands they do carry. They really take the time to figure out exactly what you need even if it means not selling you something more expensive. Their bicycle repairs are impeccable and even though they have an enormous amount of repairs, which you can see outside, they get the bike fixed very quickly. I also bought a bike for my son and daughter over at Brielle Cyclery Kids across the street and it was fantastic! The guy who works there Ben is extremely knowledgeable on all things kids. He really took the time to explain everything and make sure we were getting the right things to teach my children how to ride a bike. Ben is really great with kids too, he is able to talk to them and get them to understand what he is saying, I guess that comes with the territory!
