I came across a prepaid Bank of America card in a regular envelope, no explanation. It said 'consumer refund'. I called and it had $250 on it. I do fill out medical questionnaires sometimes. I went to BOA to cash it out. The one girl attempted and the older lady didn't even allow her to try. She said it wasn't worth cash and only worth purchases. She said I probably got it from overpayment on a bill and could only use it toward buying something. She insisted it came with a letter but I ASSURE you it did not. She was so snippy and didn't even look at or try to help that I took the card directly to their MAC 10 feet away and shockingly, it spit out the cash.
